Return & Refund Policy
At The Comment Shop, each item is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once an order has entered production. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your order appears lost in transit or never arrives, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier or print partner to resolve the issue.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office/carrier and household members. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered to the address provided, but we will do our best to assist you.
Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Incorrect color selection (including accent mug color choices)
- Change of mind / personal preference
- Items ordered by mistake
- Slight color variations due to screen settings and lighting
